My Job Locksmith gave great customer service and provided an awesome job all the way around. My job was dispatched immediately. John gave me a return phone call with an estimated time of arrival. He showed up within 30minutes. He examined the lock and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give options for a solution. John replaced the lock, made sure it was working, and made adjustments where necessary. He even cleaned up the wood chips after he was done! The lock works great and the price was very reasonable.

Also, my car was kind of risky for them to get into, because of the way the glass is setup it could've broken but they got in without a scratch when other people said it couldn't be done on my model over the phone.

John was very responsive to my issue. He was professional, friendly and worked within my schedule to resolve my problem- a key had broken off in a lock. He had told me that the lock was no longer made, which almost required me to purchase a new file cabinet. Instead, he got creative and salvaged the lock and made a key to fit the old lock.
